Tastefully furnished, this apartment has a living room open to the dining/kitchen area and a separate bedroom with a double bed.
The bathroom has a bathtub and inclunds the toilets.
The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, etc.). Finally, the living room with its convertible sofa also has a coffee table, a TV with WIFI and a dining table.
The storeroom next to the kitchen has a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the residence, without elevator.
As the area is pedestrianized, it will not be possible to reach the apartment by car.

The neighborhood
The market district is typical and authentic. It benefits from the charm of the historical center with its arcades!
It is also very commercial and lively, with a lot of restaurants around the market halls. The old port is about 500 m away (boat departure to the islands) and 200 m away from the place de Verdun (bus departure to the island of Ré - bike rental). It is possible (even recommended) to do everything by walk!
