The apartment has 2 bedrooms with 140cm beds with a mezzanine in one bedroom.
Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, combined microwave oven, fridge, freezer, induction hob, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.
In the main room, living room with storage space, wardrobe, equipped with a sofa, armchair, table with extension cords and chairs.
The loggia is equipped with a table and 4 high chairs with a view of the Port des Minimes. The apartment has a Wifi box and a television.
The bathroom with shower and washbasin is also redone. The toilets are separated.
The solarium on the first floor is equipped with a table with 4 chairs and 2 deckchairs.
We also put at your disposal all the basic necessities: oil, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, shampoo, shower gel, sheets and towels.
For additional comfort, the beds are made at your arrival without extra charge.
