The space
The flat is located on the ground floor, 10 minutes walk from La Rochelle train station in a quiet street. Once you arrive, you can do everything on foot (market, bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, seaside walks, museums, theatres, cinemas, etc).
The flat has a separate bedroom overlooking a courtyard with a double bed and a single bed on the mezzanine. The living room also benefits from a double bed on the mezzanine, a sofa, a TV and WIFI. The kitchen is open to the living/dining room and is fully equipped:

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the residence.

The Aloha Conciergerie will be available before, during and after your stay to answer any questions you may have regarding your stay in this flat.
They will also be able to advise you on where to go, where to dine, what museums to visit and what hidden places in La Rochelle to discover!
The Aloha Conciergerie will also be there to welcome you and hand over the keys to the flat on the day of your arrival.

The accommodation is located in the historic district near the Old Port and its quays.
Old Port: 5 minutes on foot
La Rochelle train station: 5 minutes on foot
Quartier du Marché: 10 minutes on foot
Plage de la Concurrence : 15 minutes on foot
Plage des Minimes : 10 minutes by bike
Parking :
If you come by car, you will find parking spaces in the streets surrounding the flat. They are charged from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6.30pm from Monday to Saturday.
You will also find free parking spaces in the car park of the Parc des Expositions (10 minutes on foot) or around the Lycée Valin (15 minutes on foot).
Finally, you will find free parking at the Esplanade des Parcs car park (20 minutes' walk) a little further on (please note that this car park is split in two and one part is chargeable).
