The space
Nicely furnished, this T2 has a separate bedroom with a desk and a small mezzanine.
The bathroom has a shower with a basin and a toilet.
The kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker...). The living room has a sofa bed with a real comfortable mattress, a coffee table and a TV with WIFI.
You will be able to park for free in the Parks of La Rochelle (Chemin des Remparts at 10 minutes walk from the apartment) or take advantage of the parking spaces in front of the apartment for a fee from Monday to Saturday, from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm.
** Special attention: the apartment is located on the 2nd floor without elevator and the stairwell to access is very narrow.
