    Zentral gelegen, aber mit PKW nicht direkt erreichbar, da Sondergenehmigung von Stadt notwendig). Ab 5 Uhr morgens lauter Lärm durch Anlieferungen und Beladen/Entladen von Lkw direkt unter Schlafzimmer. Vor Hauseingang wird Müll von Apotheke täglich abgelegt. Müllabfuhr findet täglich statt, meist Abends bis spät in die Nacht (1-2 Uhr morgens).

    Although there is a very tricky door to get into, once you know how to it’s absolutely fine. The apartment was beautifully decorated but needed more attention to detail as there was a bit of dust and dirt which was a bit disappointing. All amenities are there as recorded and the sofa is really comfortable. The apartment is very close to the market and has a supermarket down stairs so you can get by easily and get extra bits as needed. The local area is very noisy with delivery trucks, local businesses and the downstairs area seemed to be a hotspot for the local homeless people. I would suggest eat plugs for those who sleep lightly. Easy pick up and drop off for the keys, instructions for everything on a QR code made things simple. Thank you

    Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. L’appartement est idéalement situé, en plein centre de La Rochelle. Il es très agréable et spacieux. La conciergerie Aloha est très réactive et d’une grande flexibilité.

    Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Flair und Ausblick auf einen wunderschönen Platz. Insbesondere die unmittelbare Nähe zum traumhaft schönen Markt ist hervorzuheben. Der morgendliche Lieferverkehr ist allerdings zum Teil sehr laut. Kleines Manko: Bei der Ausstattung der Küche fehlten leider einige Utensilien. Conciergerie Aloha war insgesamt sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

    Beautiful and stylish apartment right next to the main market in a perfect location from which to see the sites of La Rochelle or hop on the bus over to Île de Ré. It’s ideal for a small family with two comfortable double beds (one of them a sofa), and a spacious main living room. We really loved having a good kitchen so we could make nice meals (and great coffee!) at home. Everything was done so that checking in and out went smoothly in spite of our late train arrival time - very appreciated! All in all a great week!

    This is a beautiful apartment in a fantastic location, perfect for exploring La Rochelle. The space was light, spacious, modern and homely and had everything we needed for our stay. The noise was a slight issue as, being summer we wanted the windows open at night, however rubbish collectors and delivery vans meant it wasn’t always as quiet as we’d have liked it to be. But, if you can overcome that it is a brilliant, comfortable apartment and we would definitely like to stay there again!

    Super séjour ! L'appartement est très joliment décoré, spacieux, propre. Bonne literie aussi ! Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et pour la douche. Le logement est parfaitement situé pour aller dans le centre à pied - aller à la gare. Nous n'avons pas été dérangé par le bruit (et pourtant c'était un week-end de victoire du stade rochelais !). On recommande à 100% !

    Logement très agréable et bien situé en plein centre-ville à côté des commerces et des halles. Belle vue sur les immeubles historiques de La Rochelle. Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description avec une jolie décoration. L’hôte s’est montré flexible notamment pour l’heure de départ. Je recommande cet appartement.

    Le seul bémol, j’aurais aimé un plus grand TV. C est dommage , living-room aussi grand et TV aussi petit….sinon le reste toujours parfait. Mais cette fois, en février le prix était exagéré….le 2 dernier fois pas si cher. Dommage
